We are seeking candidates for the following employment opportunities located in our Cavendish Plant in Cavendish, Vermont:
MANUFACTURING SUPERVISORs 2nd & 3rd SHIFT
Client is currently seeking Manufacturing Supervisors for 2nd and 3rd shift in our Cavendish, Vermont facility. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the supervisors will provide leadership to our manufacturing team members in the areas of Safety, Quality, and Productivity. Working in an ISO 9001:2000 environment you will insure compliance with systems, procedures and policies. You will also work closely with our technical and planning groups to insure that production schedules and quality objectives are met. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, preferably in an ISO environment. Excellent communication skills are a must, and a bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience are desired.
